Now Los Angeles fitness buffs can achieve both a perfect body and perfect hair, thanks to a new venture from celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson and Gwyneth Paltrow. The two have teamed up to add a luxury blow-dry bar within Anderson’s new Brentwood studio.

Hairstylist David Babaii has also joined the venture and is giving his brand name to the new studio, which according to Cosmopolitan.com opens April 4. Babaii will be selling 14 products from his eponymous haircare line, which are free of sulfates, parabens and petrochemicals, thereby receiving the Paltrow nod of approval.

Blowout salons are becoming a hot trend in the US, with famed celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe opening her own salon, DreamDry, next to Flywheel Sports’ Flatiron location in the New York City with backing from one of the indoor cycling studio’s main investors, according to blog Well+Good NYC.

Whether Anderson, who also has a private training location in London, will bring the concept to her New York studio is yet to be seen. No information is yet available on offerings or prices, but expect everything from sleek styles to wave-based blow-drys, as well as elaborate braids and updos, writes Cosmopolitan.com.
