Tourneau —the largest watch retailer in the U.S.— celebrated its 115th anniversary this month with the opening of its newest store at 3 Bryant Park.
The celebratory ribbon cutting ceremony and reception of this third New York store attracted such notable attendees as TONY award winning star Jefferson Mays, Bryant Park Corporation Executive Director Dan Biederman, Tourneau CEO Ira Melnitsky, and Tourneau Senior Vice President of Retail Larry Barkley, as well as a gaggle of media, neighboring Bryant Park businesses, and customers all hoping to snag the event’s supreme prize from a raffle drawing — a Tourneau watch valued at $1250.
Located at the corner of 6th Avenue and 42nd Street, the store is a 3,330-square-foot space that houses over 17 premiere luxury watch brands and features specialized boutiques for Rolex, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, IWC, Breitling, Tudor and Longines. Other brands featured include Franck Muller, Glashütte Original, Bell and Ross, Devon, Bucherer, Nomos, Frederique Constant, Hamilton, Ball Watch and Casio as well as Tourneau’s own watch brand, TNY and their Certified Pre-Owned timepiece collection.
