Warm colors are a great trick when it comes to creating a unique atmosphere and draw clients. In this particular case, pink is the main factor of attraction. With a style that spells “romantic”, this place inspires complete relaxation. The restaurant is called Robert, it was envisioned by Schefer Design and is situated atop the Museum of Arts and Design in New York City.
The Robert restaurant is a unique place where one can enjoy the expansive views of Columbus Circus, Central Park, Broadway and Central Park West. The clients can enjoy the comfort of the sofas in the lounge area, or sit at the window and contemplate the views.
As far as design credits go, lighting was ensured by San Francisco based architect Johanna Grawunder, though two installations called Cherry Blossom (a mobile-like chandelier installation of LED panels) and Tangerines ( the daring suspended orange boxes along the windowed perimeter). The glass cocktail tables and upholstered sofas belong to modernist master Vladimir Kagan. Everything is brought together in a decor that plays with senses.
To make things even more elegant and romantic, every Wednesday to Saturday night, a live pianist will accompany your dinner. Jazz Brunch is announced every Sunday, that is a trio of Jazz musicians, stirring up the atmosphere. Sounds inviting?
