With its 10th Michelin star in a row, Caviar Russe is the epitome of love and luxury. In the dining room, Executive Chef Edgar Panchernikov is offering a pre-fixe menu with Select Osetra caviar with traditional accouterments followed by indulgent aphrodisiacs dishes including Bay Scallops with Buttermilk Caviar, Foie Gras with perigord black truffle, King Crab and Dover Sole. To finish the meal, Chef Eunji Lee has created a limited time dessert collaboration between the two establishments.
