Los Angeles-based The h.wood Group has launched a bespoke app-based membership club, h.wood Rolodex. The new membership program will be offering white glove service to create extraordinary moments, and members will have access to preferential bookings to the brand’s portfolio of venues, including current hotspots Delilah Miami and The Nice Guy Dubai.
Guests will have a direct customized concierge support via an intuitive mobile platform, a messaging portal, premium access to private in-venue events, brand partnership benefits, perks and special requests and more. The membership fee is $1,500 a year.
Founded by longtime friends John Terzian and Brian Toll in 2008, the hospitality group has expanded their brand (Delilah, The Nice Guy, Bootsy Bellows, and Harriet’s) from nine venues in Los Angeles, three across the country and six new ones in development to event production.
