White Truffle season is here, which means it is time to indulge your senses and embark on a culinary adventure, as we explore some of the best restaurants around the world serving the elusive and in- demand delicacies. Here are some of the best places to get white truffles around the world in 2023: 
The elegant NoMad London located inside the historic, Grade II-listed building famously known as The Bow Street Magistrates’ Court and Police Station in Covent Garden is currently named No.46 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels list, for good reason.
Sister hotel NoMad New York was the first to pioneer the offering of pricing truffles at cost, and now the Covent Garden hotel is keeping the tradition with prices currently at £18 for four grams and £36 for eight grams. Diners at NoMad London can enjoy truffle indulgence shaved over their Tagliatelle, Risotto or scrambled eggs at breakfast.
RAMPOLDI | New York, NY
From the infamous Rampoldi in Monaco comes the latest venture of MC Hospitality Group,  Rampoldi New York. The original Monte Carlo hotspot is beloved by royalty, and the US outpost opened near Lincoln Center in September 2023.
Under the direction of Chef Antonio Salvatore, the menu features ‘New Monegasque’ style food, and Rampoldi will be serving select dishes topped with white truffles including oeufs a plat, boeuf carpaccio, housemade tagliolini with parmesan and butter, mozzarella cream, sole à la Meunière and more.
ALICE | New York, NY
This hip and trendy West Village, New York Italian eatery is the perfect place to enjoy this seasons truffle menu inside a historical brownstone.  The seasonal menu at Alice is based on authentic Italian recipes with a focus on local fare. Starting on November 5th, Alice will serve a truffle prix-fixe menu Sundays-Tuesdays throughout the rest of the truffle season. The menu includes appetizer options of truffle arancini with white truffle mayonnaise, whipped ricotta toast with truffle honey, and hamachi crudo with sunchoke and black truffle pearl, mains such as pappardelle with winter truffle (white truffle option) and grilled branzino served with artichoke, mushroom tartufata and winter truffle (white truffle option), and a dessert of Fior di Latte gelato topped with shaved winter truffle. The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens at The Times Square EDITION

Michelin-Star Chef John Frasier will be hosting an unforgettable evening on Friday, November 17th beginning at 7PM highlighting the elegant and refined flavors of truffles.  Starting with a welcome reception featuring passed canapés and bubbles, dinner will a specially curated four-course menu showcasing Alba White Truffles and Périgord Black Truffles, sourced by  Black Diamond Caviar.

The menu includes decadent iems like Egg Yolk Raviolo Topped with Shaved Alba White Truffles and filled with chestnut, herbed ricotta, brown butter, and Swiss chard, perfectly paired with Chardonnay, Perle 2021 Café and a Braised & Glazed Short Rib with rutabaga mousseline, burnt oregano, vin cotto, and confit shallot with a chilled glass of Cabernet Franc, Caya, Long Island 2021. YOLAN | Nashville, TN
Inside the award-winning The Joseph Hotel in Nashville, Yolan is a fine-dining Italian concept named after The Joseph’s founder, Joel Pizzuti’s grandmother, Yolanda. Under direction of James Beard Award-winning chef, Tony Mantuano, Yolan will offer a four-course White Truffle Celebration menu on Wednesday November 8. Dishes include Capesante, caramelized sunchoke, caviar and brown butter; and Guancia de Manzobraised beef cheek, celeriac and black trumpet, with wine pairings and desserts available.
