“People are prepared to pay up to 20 percent more for certain Swiss consumer products and for luxury goods they are prepared to pay even more,” said Felix Addor, deputy director general of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property. “But if they pay more and they are disappointed because the product has not the expected high quality it hurts the reputation of Switzerland.” – from Reuters
