Every VIP worth their weight in Gucci loafers knows that you haven’t made it until you have your own private shopper. Now, at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills, the personal stylists come to you.
Saks Fifth Avenue has introduced its luxury personal shopping and styling service to the Sunset Strip. After searching for its 21st location to top all others, the leading name in luxury shopping chose to partner with The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills where it has opened its latest Fifth Avenue Club.

By opening on the ground floor of the prestigious London WeHo hotel, the Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood expands Saks Fifth Avenue’s distinctive service in Los Angeles and creatively extends its existing Fifth Avenue Clubs, which have historically been housed within Saks Fifth Avenue stores.
With so many VIP hotel guests visiting The London, Saks puts the customer at the forefront by coming to them with bespoke, personalized offerings to meet and exceed individual shopping preferences, provide an in-house beauty space, and to wow elite customers with shoppable art installations. Select pieces from Saks Fifth Avenue’s fine art collection are on display along with a QR code so clients can browse the full art gallery and visualize each piece in their own homes.

Available to both local customers and hotel guests, The Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood is a by-appointment destination, providing customers the chance to customize the store to their unique shopping preferences. Customers can shop a regularly curated merchandise assortment that complements items pulled specifically for client appointments, based on an in-person or virtual consultation with a Saks Stylist.
The Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood can also be personalized for exclusive events, brand takeovers and customized shopping journeys. “West Hollywood is the perfect setting for this concept,” said Larry Bruce, President, Stores, Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. “It allows us to offer our customers an unmatched level of service in a space that reflects the sophistication and creativity of our brand.”
A floating fitting room, wrapped in dichroic acrylic, serves as a striking centerpiece in the space, while suspended clothing fixtures and a minimalist seating area complete the modern, inviting atmosphere. The shop’s windows are wrapped in dichroic vinyl to reflect an iridescent palette onto the mirrored surfaces within The Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood.

“We are absolutely thrilled to bring The Fifth Avenue Club to West Hollywood,” said Terry Buchholz, General Manager, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills. “The London West Hollywood hosts a myriad of film screenings, junkets and events throughout the year, and we feel confident that having this offering on property will greatly appeal to those within the entertainment industry as well as to our hotel guests and locals.”
Since its opening in 2008, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has boasted an atmosphere of British style flawlessly fused with Southern California sensibility. The lobby alone is a VIP magnet attracting guests like U2, Ethan Hawke, and SNL’s Ego Nwodim. The 226 all-suite hotel features a 110-seat screening room (yes, that was Elton John hosting a private screening when I checked in to my Hollywood Hills view suite), a state-of-the art fitness center and spacious suites including the 11,000 square foot bi-level Penthouse inspired by Vivienne Westwood.

Executive Chef Anthony Keene is at the helm of all the hotel’s distinctive culinary venues, including signature restaurant Boxwood and rooftop poolside dining. Modern luxury is woven subtly into every aspect of the hotel, from the entrance and lobby to the panoramic rooftop pool deck and private terraces which have been the setting for more VIP Hollywood events than most Oscar, Emmy, and Grammy winners have attended.
