Saint Laurent creative director, Hedi Slimane, is raking up the interest of the shoppers by installing gold slot machines. Designed to display some of the house’s classic pieces for a limited time, the dazzling machines make attractive installation at select stores, worldwide, this festive season.
The new gilded, illuminated display is designed to be home to the label’s classic Baby College Monogram Bag in black, prairie or camouflage, and a pair of its Wyatt 40 fringe ankle boots in tan suede or black leather.Conceived to take the high-fashion bets in the most glamorous style, the slot machines are already up at Beverly Hills, Los Angeles store along with Greene St. outlet in New York. Outside America, it is grabbing shoppers’ interest at the maison’s new boutique in Tokyo and at Montaigne store as well as at Faubourg Saitn Honore stores in Paris.
London’s Bond Street store will welcome the ritzy-glitzy installation on 9 December.
