Rockid by Ontwerpduo is a clever combination of a rocking chair and cradle. It allows mom/dad to gently rock baby to sleep – all from a comfy rocker. The Rockid can be reconstructed into a regular rocking chair – once baby has moved out of the cradle.
We love the simplicity – yet slightly skewed vision – brought to this project.
The Rockid is made of coated birch ply wood.
The maker of Rockid is Ontwerpduo – two young Dutch designers named Nathan Wierink and Tineke Beunder.
