The Ritz-Carlton and the Four Seasons are king – again.
The luxury hotel chains have topped J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey for ‘overall hotel guest satisfaction’.
It was a tight battle for the top spot, but Ritz-Carlton just beat out the Four Seasons. Ritz-Carlton received 858 points (out of 1,000) vs 852 for the Four Seasons.
The survey only reinforces the two brands as watermarks in the luxury industry. Despite difficult economic times, both chains continue to thrive – and even grow. The high scores were garnered despite rising room rates.
