Three noted chefs from the Relais & Châteaux network will team up with Silversea’s culinary director, Rudi Scholdis, to offer a unique and exceptional dining experience in three ports of call.
Last week, Gian Piero Vivalda of the restaurant Antica Corona Reale in Italy boarded the Silver Wind in the Bay of Monaco.
Next, Nino Di Costanzo of the Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa, also in Italy, will take up the reins in the kitchen of the same ship on June 29 in the port of Venice.
On Monday, August 4, across from London’s Tower Bridge, Michael Caines of Gidleigh Park in the UK will board the Silver Cloud to take part in the celebrations.
Silversea is the only cruise operator that boasts a gourmet restaurant belonging to the Relais & Châteaux network. The restaurant, Le Champagne, is located on the Silver Cloud. On certain Silversea cruises, Relais & Châteaux chefs offer exclusive cooking classes and demonstrations for passengers.
