Pali Adventures, a summer camp operator in Running Springs, California, is offering out-of-this-world themed summer camps for kids and teens. Pali Adventures offers 18 unique specialty camps for kids interested in being a secret agent, rock star, fashion designer, executive chef or even a Hollywood stuntman. The camps are offered in one and two week sessions. Campers attending more than one week can choose to enroll in a different specialty each week or stay within the same one for both sessions.
Broadcast Camp
This Broadcast Journalism Camp provides campers with their own news station where campers learn what it takes to make a news network tick! Creating and hosting a nightly news program for the fellow campers provides aspiring broadcast journalists with a wealth of practical hands-on experience. The evening news program is posted online each night, enabling parents to see firsthand the skills their kids are learning.
Hollywood Stunt Camp
Kids and teens learn how to be a stuntman from industry professionals who ensure each campers’ safety as they work their way up the difficulty ladder from shoulder rolls and choreographed fights scenes to jumping off of buildings. During this one-week session, campers learn how to safely fall off a 32 foot high tower, how to do hand-to-hand combat, swordplay techniques and how to choreograph a fight scene.
Secret Agent Camp
Before joining the highly esteemed ranks of the CIA or FBI, come to this overnight secret agent camp teaches kids how to see what a career in international intelligence and espionage is all about. Campers receive spy training and play secret agent games to become the next James Bond, 007. They spend a week undercover learning how to be a secret agent and emerge well-schooled in stealth tactics, paintball strategy, high speed chases, strength, agility and zipline expertise.
Culinary Camp
This Culinary Camp provides the premier opportunity for campers to roast, bake, steam and sauté. Under the instruction of the camp’s executive chef and cooking experts, campers learn that their gourmet creations are only limited by your own imagination. Campers learn how to prepare cuisine from around the world at this sleepaway cooking camp for kids and teens in California. The campers skills are put to the test in a cooking competition “Iron Chef” style.
DJ Camp
Campers learn how to scratch, sample, stutter and spin tunes on virtual turntables at DJ Camp. Aspiring club DJs and music producers will learn how to DJ, take classes in the fundamentals of rhythm and timing, and learn a slew of awesome new skills including various scratching techniques. Classes are taught by industry professionals.
Extreme Action Camp
Think James Bond meets the great outdoors. Adventures’ Extreme Action Camp is an arenaline-pumped, fun-filled week. Under the attentive supervision of the camp’s expertly trained staff, Extreme Action campers will indulge in the most heart-pounding, dirt-filled, high-speed action sports experiences available. Extreme Action includes such activities as paintball, a giant rock wall, mountain biking on forest trails, ATVs and mini-bikes, laser tag, skateboarding and rollerblading, riflery, high ropes course and a four person zipline.
Fashion Camp
For kids who dream of their own fashion creations plastered across the pages of Vogue, Fashion Camp is the place to be this summer. Fashion Camp gives kids and teens the chance to work with fashion industry professionals. Boys and girls are taught an array of important design skills, including pattern making, stitching and sewing on machines that results in their creations being brought to life on the runway in the very own Summer Fashion Camp Showcase.
Girl Power Camp
Girl Power is an extreme summer adventure camp program for girls, with some of the most thrilling activities on the planet. From paintball to motorbikes, skateboarding and ziplines. Girls build confidence and self-esteem through extreme outdoor activities and self-defense classes that are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
Fying Trapeze Camp and Aerial Arts Camp
Fly on the trapeze and learn other aerial arts such as aerial ribbon. Kids soar and swing through sun-drenched skies at this thrilling circus summer camp. The overnight aerial arts camp adventure is located in Southern California . The staff includes professional trapeze instructors and aerial artists who teach campers how to safely and gracefully swing their way through the blue skies.
