Starring for a second season in the Jimmy Choo campaign film, Academy Award winning actress Nicole Kidman – channeling Brigitte Bardot – showcases the Cruise 2014 collection. Shot by photographer Camilla Akrans, the actress captivates as a sultry blonde siren with a playful, carefree attitude reminiscent of iconic ’60s stars of French and Italian cinema. Speaking exclusively behind-the-scenes on the shoot, Nicole Kidman talks shoes, style and revealed that her favorite shoe is named, coincidentally, after her daughter, Sunday.
“If I’m in the mood I’ll be the girl that will dance on the tables with a snake. I have been known to be the party girl of all party girls,” Nicole confesses before clarifying that, “Tall women shy away from heels but I don’t. I like to have the luxury of just putting on something that’s really high because I feel sexier.”
“Yet again Nicole has perfectly captured the strength and complexity of the Jimmy Choo woman; the depth of her character also conveys the playful and sultry mood of our Cruise collection,” adds creative director, Sandra Choi, of Kidman’s work on the beachside Hamptons shoot.
