A look at the upcoming auction for one of the greatest collection of BMW motorcycles in the world.
One of the world’s greatest collections of classic BMW motorcycles, assembled by the world famous collector Willy Neutkens, who passed away last year, will be auctioned off by Bonhams on Nov. 28th at the BMW Museum in Munich. Nearly all the 100 models in Neutkens’ collection are going on the block, featuring examples of nearly every moto produced by the great Bavarian works since they began making the things in 1923. Painstaking restored to perfection, and as beautiful as any work of art, the bikes to our way of thinking are wonderfully underpriced. – From James List
