The Café of iconic hotel on Regent Street will offer exquisite menus created by Executive Pastry Chef, Sarah Barber.Designed to up the sweetness in your life as well as on your palate, the upcoming dessert restaurant will serve as the ideal destination to conclude a dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. A carefully orchestrated menu includes a range of savoury bites to prepare the palate, before offering a unique journey of sweet plates all highlighting Sarah’s creative skill and imagination, as well as her contemporary, playful style.While the Sarah in Wonderland menu will feature five courses which includes Alice in Wonderland inspired desserts, the Childhood Memories menu will offer three course spread of goodies. All menus come with an option of wine pairing to enhance the experience.
