Very widely known American photographer Annie Leibovitz was pursued by The Macallan – a single malt whisky brand owned by The Edrington Group. The famous photographer got the opportunity to create the third edition of Edrington’s Masters of Photography series. This rich photography series will be released at Paris Charles de Gaulle International airport. The company wishes to display its elegant brand essence with the help of Leibovitz’s photographs related to the brand and Scottish actor Kevin McKidd.
This Masters of Photography series will comprise of 1,000 limited edition whisky bottles which will be featured in a travel-retail for the maiden time. The series will throw light on the art of whisky making and also show luxurious appeal of The Macallan. Four varied versions of whisky will constitute the limited addition bottles. AN eye-appealing bespoke photo-archival box will contain a print and bottle with brand name of The Macallan and also the great Leibovitz’s name signature.
The company also plans for special exhibitions that will take place in nevus like Moscow, New York, and Hong Kong. In these world exhibition tours, the specially customized The Macallan 1949 bottles will be released. It is noteworthy to mention here that this coincides with the year in which Annie Leibovitz was born. These will have a special price tag of $25,000.
