Sirio Maccioni, founder of the acclaimed New York restaurant group, unveiled the Le Cirque at The Leela Palace, New Delhi, on September 7.

Designed by Spin Studio of Japan, Le Cirque at The Leela Palace New Delhi, located on the hotel’s 10th floor, offers a chic and sophisticated atmosphere, beautifully-appointed bar lounge, alfresco seating and three spacious dining rooms with breathtaking views of the majestic Diplomatic Enclave. The 144-seat restaurant features an open kitchen with a Chef’s Table where guests can watch as their dinner is prepared just steps away.
Exquisite porcelain Bernardaud tableware and the finest Riedel stemware adorn each table and wine connoisseurs can choose from an impressive list including over 80 Italian and 100 French wines.

Signature dishes include Sirio’s Pasta Primavera, Mama Egi’s Ravioli, Tuna in Pistachio Crust, Paupiette of Black Cod, Crème Brûlée and Floating Island ‘Le Cirque’.
