NY designer duo, the talent behind the Proenza Schouler label, will be spreading their wings over to the newly renovated Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche in Paris. Designers, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough will present their signature collection and inspirations through a series of exclusive projects. They will present in a big way- an exhibition on the ground floor will feature gigantic concrete-like blocks. A film will be able to show the visitors a piece of the label’s universe by highlighting the 80 iconic silhouettes that reflect the creative motivations behind these fashion talents and their journeys. Shoppers will be able to check out and shop an exclusive Capsule Collection which was inspired by graphics and the tropics and includes shoulder bags, totes, scarves and striped sweaters.
From February 15th through March 22nd, a concrete installation will live in each of the 10 store windows on the rues de Sevres. By the effect of a two-sided mirror, a silhouette will appear every 10 seconds.
