The bar at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Munich is offering an afternoon tea menu created in partnership with luxury shoe and accessory brand Jimmy Choo.
After a long day of shopping in the German city of Munich, fashionistas can head to the Mandarin Bar, located within the Mandarin Oriental hotel, for a unique afternoon tea experience. The hotel’s pastry chefs have created a selection of haute couture treats directly inspired by the Jimmy Choo Resort 2014 collection.
The menu includes a pastry inspired by the famous brand’s “Sundays” pumps and a chocolate treat shaped like the “Charlize” handbag, in addition to chocolate-raspberry macarons and small glasses of gourmet creations with grapefruit, lemon and caviar. This assortment of treats is served with your choice of tea (€39) or a glass of champagne (€55).
This is not the first time Jimmy Choo has collaborated with the renowned international hotel group. Last April, the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong served up a variety of pastries inspired by the designer’s Spring-Summer 2013 collection. The hotel even offered a limited-time package including a one-night stay, afternoon tea and a pair of shoes.
