Jaguar cars partners with L.A.’s most celebrated music venue to present its 2011 Concert Series. Here’s the official news:
Jaguar Cars is proud to announce its role as the official vehicle of famed Los Angeles icon, the Hollywood Bowl – for the second consecutive year. Commencing in June 2011, Jaguar will continue its three-year partnership with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association at the Hollywood Bowl that will feature the year’s hottest ticket – the Jaguar Platinum Concert Series – consisting of eight Jaguar-branded concerts that include some of the season’s most eagerly anticipated musical performances. The sponsorship will assist in promoting the Jaguar Platinum Coverage warranty program noted for being best in its class.

The Jaguar Platinum Concert Series, presented by the LA Phil at the Hollywood Bowl, features a series of high-profile musical performances set under the stars. The line-up includes acclaimed performers such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s virtuoso conductor, Gustavo Dudamel, and special performances by Harry Connick, Jr., Gloria Estefan and others. – Fri, June 17: Opening Night at the Bowl with Harry Connick, Jr. and Gloria Estefan
– Wed, July 13: Chris Botti and Bobby McFerrin with Yellowjackets
– Sat, July 16: Sarah McLachlan with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra
– Thurs, July 21: Gustavo Dudamel conducts Strauss
– Sat, July 30: Michael Feinstein and the Singing Stars of Television
– Thurs, August 11: Joshua Bell and The Four Seasons
– Wed, August 17: Joni’s Jazz
– Sun, September 18: Moulin Rouge
The sponsorship also features a number of compelling visual and integrative components, including an attention-grabbing display of the gorgeous Jaguar XF at the Bowl’s main entrance and the all-new XJL stationed at the VIP valet entrance near the West Gate. The displays and creative advertising shown exclusively at the venue are designed to evoke the Bowl’s signature arched stage and legendary musical tradition. Additional elements include a number of VIP receptions for local tastemakers and media.
