Set to open soon (originally rumored to be THIS month!) The Marmara Park Avenue just may be a New York luxury hotel without parallel.

Right at the beating heart of the Big Apple, in the dynamic East Midtown, designer Joe Ginsberg seamlessly blends nature with the pulse of the city-that-never-sleeps, combining grandeur with modern sensibility.

Here we introduce you to this coming cosmopolitan oasis!

“Ultimately, our goal was to cultivate a distinctive personality throughout this interior,” said Ginsberg of his project.  “I didn’t want anything to look mass-produced.”

The 21-story building dates back to 1927, but inside everything is now new, designed to be a refuge from a hectic New York day.Screen Shot 2014-12-02 at 3.26.54 PMEach of the guest rooms feature Ginsberg’s artwork, as well as furnishings and textiles from home his décor line, Tempo Luxury Home.

Stepping inside, you’ll delight in the jewel box entrance conservatory, with its faceted glass panels, blackened steel frame and paved walkway inviting the outdoors into the lobby.

A pair of starlit sculptural concierge desks greet you as you warm yourself by the lobby’s two over scale fireplaces choose to linger by a tranquil water feature or move on to soak in the library’s soaring ceilings.

The find a wine bar where you might be distracted from your sips from Marmara’s own vineyard (enjoyed in hand blown glasses) by the bar’s overhanging 10 foot brass ribbon pendant.

Moving below ground, you’ll relax in the Marmara’s on site wellness center and pool.
