The “Wolf of Wall Street” star Leonardo DiCaprio has sold his stunning Malibu Beach house for $17.35 million. The Oscar-nominated actor originally placed a $23,000,000 asking price on the oceanfront property, which is located in the star-stocked Malibu Colony community. The private property includes three separate buildings — a 4-bedroom main house, a 2-bedroom guesthouse, and a loft with an extra bedroom, a gym and an office.
Outdoor features of the Cape Cod style home include a beach-facing deck, a jacuzzi, a spa, fire pit, gardens and lawn.
