Natalie Portman is the star of Darren Aronofsky’s “Black Swan”. The film is a psychological thriller set in the world of New York City ballet, where Portman is the featured dancer who finds herself locked in a web of competitive intrigue with a new rival at the company, played by Mila Kunis.
Aronofsky also directed ‘The Wrestler’ and “Requiem for a Dream”.
The film will premiere at the Venice Film Festival next month and then open nationally in December.
