This winter, Harry Potter fans are in for a big treat as Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour in London has announced that it would be hosting the first Great Hall dinner on December 3. 
Dressed for the occasion with the original props used in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the Great Hall at Hogwarts will open for a Christmas feast that includes flaming Christmas puddings and hams studded with cherries.
Guests for the ‘Dinner in the Great Hall’ will be greeted on arrival with welcome drinks and canapés, before taking their seat in the iconic set. A replica of the wand will be waiting at the table and the first two courses of a delicious Christmas dinner will be served with all the trimmings on the authentic set.
For a price of $350 for the evening, each guest will also be able to indulge in a selection of three festive dessert bowls on Platform 9 ¾, alongside the original Hogwarts Express. Also they can drink Butterbeer in the backlot café and walk up the wizarding shopping street, Diagon Alley, before taking in the breathtaking Hogwarts castle model.
Music and dancing will conclude the evening of the first ever ‘Dinner in the Great Hall’. It will take place from 6 pm until midnight and is open to over 18s only.
Sadly, due to an overwhelming response, this event sold out within 24 hours.
