Hedge fund titans like Steve Cohen could soon be partying like it’s 1999. That’s because for the first six months of 2009, hedge funds overall turned in their best performance in a decade, with funds up 12 percent through the end of June, according to Hennessee Group, a consultant to direct investors in hedge funds. – from NYPost
