Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, an AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star awarding-winning resort, is proud to be honoured in Travel + Leisure’s “World’s Best Service” readers poll issue with the #1 rank in Hawaii. The accolades, awarded by the savvy readers of Travel + Leisure, are a true mark of achievement in the hospitality industry. Among the top ten resorts named in the poll, four are Four Seasons Resorts.
“We pride ourselves on taking great care of our guests and ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai,” said Robert Whitfield, General Manager.
Travel + Leisure magazine’s annual “World’s Best Service” readers’ poll appears in the June issue of the magazine. To be eligible for the World’s Best Service Awards, properties must not only receive high marks from readers of the magazine, but also a minimum number of reader evaluations. Hotels that were ranked were judged by a variety of criteria.
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai recently unveiled a 15-month, $40-million enhancement, showcasing 20 new suites, a sweeping spa transformation, renovated beachfront bar, lounge and restaurant and stylish new retail boutiques. Gloriously revitalized, the award-winning Resort re-established its reputation as an unparalleled yet understated destination that honours the essence of Hawaiian design, culture and tradition.
