From oceanfront viewing parties on a giant screen and themed entertainment, to signature cocktails and traditional Brazilian cuisine, Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host a series of World Cup-inspired events that will allow fans to enjoy the 2014 games in luxurious style in the most festive environment outside of Brazil.
The revered hotel, a landmark of style and sophistication, will offer poolside viewing parties with the games broadcast on a 14’x24’ screen placed above the Arkadia Pool. Entertainment and complimentary items, such as banners, bags, t-shirts, and soccer balls, will be available.
Guests wanting a more customized experience can choose to book one of three private, all-inclusive cabana specials. For $550 a day, guests booking the São Paulo Package will receive two pitchers of Leblon Caipirinha, two food platters including steak and fish tacos, chicken quesadillas, chips and salsa and mixed fruit; and Leblon World Cup swag while relaxing in a Luxury Cabana for six. For $750 a day, the Brasilia Package includes the same amenities as the São Paulo Package as well as a bottle of Grey Goose with mixers while relaxing in a Premium Cabana for six. The Rio Package, which costs $1,000 a day, includes all of the amenities as the two above packages, also includes two buckets of beer in a Super Premium Cabana. For $1000 a day.
The property’s Tropez Lawn will be set up with soccer equipment for pick-up games. For families looking for age-appropriate options, younger guests ages four to 12 can join in on the fun at FB KIDS’ program which features a variety of outdoor activities, including special soccer games, as well as interactive experiences such as decorating a keepsake soccer ball and jersey.
La Cȏte, the two-level restaurant situated beach and poolside, featuring sweeping views of the ocean and great sunset vistas, will offer three signature Brazil-inspired Leblon cocktails (Leblon Caipirinha, Brazil Coconut Batida, Strawberry Basil Caipirinha) and traditional picanha platters. DJs will also spin in between games, keeping the festivities going. Waitresses will serve complimentary shots of Leblon, while Samba dancers entertain and enchant.
