Automobile Magazine has a first look at the new Mercedes SLS AMG E-Cell prototype vehicle.
The electric powered auto will produce 526 horsepower and 649-pound-feet of torque — enough to go from 0-60 in four seconds.
The new SLS AMG is all part of Mercedes’ AMG Performance 2015 strategy, the goal of which is to “continually reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of new models in the coming years, while at the same time enhancing the core brand value of performance,” says Ola Källenius, Mercedes-AMG GmbH’s new chairman.
