Ah, the American farmer…. In a new short documentary by Serious Eats, Rick Bishop of Mountain Sweet Berry Farm shows the love and care that goes into the whole farmers market process. Bishop grows strawberries and vegetables in Roscoe, New York, about two and a half hours from the city, and sells them to people and chefs at the Union Square Greenmarket.
