Naming a motorcycle marque Falcon requires the need to start from a very special place, custom builder Ian Barry and his fiancée Amaryllis Knight certainly did just that. Autodidact in the custom field of motorcycles, Ian Barry is a Brit with passion for classic British iron and Amaryllis Knight is the stepdaughter of Lord Norman Foster.
