The Plaza Food Hall in New York satisfies a multitude of tastes in a single visit. The 32,000-square-foot space is anchored by celebrity chef Todd English. English is the host of Global Night Market, a special food event for night owls on October 19 from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. as part of the New York Wine and Food Festival running October 17-20. The late-night walk-around tasting brings together samplings from a variety of vendors. Hot Bread Kitchen will be offering tastings of multi-ethnic breads baked by participants in their baking training program for immigrant women and treats from food start-ups supported through their business accelerator, HBK Incubates. To celebrate the event The Plaza is offering four packages with a two-night stay at The Plaza, two tickets to the Global Night Market at The Plaza Food Hall, an intimate reception with Chef Todd English, access to a second Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival event and an exclusive VIP experience at The Plaza. All packages include the a “meet & greet” with Chef Todd English prior to The Global Night Market at The Plaza Food Hall from 9:30p.m. – 10p.m.,two tickets to the Global Night Market at The Plaza Food Hall, and two-night luxury accommodations in a Signature Room at The Plaza.

The Wine Lovers package includes two tickets to the Festival’s Top Taster for Top Fliers, a whirlwind wine tour with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson that includes 6 blind tastings in 25 minutes. Relax at the Caudalie Vinotherapie Spa at The Plaza with a 50-minute Couple Wine Maker’s Massage and ½ hour private Sommelier service of wine and cheese. It starts at $1,870 (double occupancy plus tax and tip).

The “Feel the Burn After Burger and Food Bash” includes advance tickets for two to the Festival’s signature event, the Blue Moon Burger Bash presented by Pat LaFrieda Meats hosted by Rachael Ray on Friday, October 18 (7pm – 10pm) at Pier 92. Work off your decadence with a 60-minute circuit training session at La Palestra. It starts at $1,885 (double occupancy plus tax and tip)

The Iconic New York City Date Night includes two tickets to the Festival’s Date Night Memories: Tempting Tastes and Passionate Pairings from Union Square Café hosted by Carmen Quagliata and Andrea Robinson, part of the Celebrity Cruises® Pairing Seminars hosted by FOOD & WINE on Saturday, October 19 (1:30pm -2:30pm) at Hudson Hotel. Each dish will be paired with wines picked by master sommelier Andrea Robinson for an experience sure to invoke memories of date nights loved and lost. The package also includes champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries and starts at $1,537.

The Learn from the Best, Taste the Best package centers on the chance to learn the art of fresh pasta making from the Bitici family of Macelleria. With two tickets to the Festival’s Pasta Making 101 on Sunday, October 20 (12pm – 1:30pm) at Macelleria, guests will be participate in a hands-on course. Guests can also participate in the “Create Your Own Flatbread” experience at the Todd English Food Hall at The Plaza on Saturday, October 19 (timing to be accommodated based on availability) and learn how to make the restaurant’s flatbreads while a chef leads you thru a hands-on demo. All proceeds from the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE benefit Food Bank For New York City and Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry® campaign.
