The creative team at Studio Arthur Casas completed the design for Mistral Wine and Champagne Bar, an original venue for the connoisseurs in São Paulo, Brazil. With its minimalist and refined features, the place (initially discovered by Pursuitist here) resembles an art gallery, a stylish exhibition space for the best wines and champagne bottles out there.
Just like in a fantastic maze, the guests can walk around from room to room, enjoying a particular modern atmosphere and reading the labels of hundreds of bottles, guided by neon straps of lighting. The overall design of the bar is said to combine features of the digital world with characteristics of a traditional shop. The project comes with an interesting sales space, a cellar, an interactive gallery, a reading room and a tasting area. The color palette is simple, yet powerful. Used as a primary material, wood is subtitle contrasted by the white neon lights and the black furniture and bottle support panels.
