To fete the unveiling of the new Galaxy Note7 and kick off its “Do More” series, Samsung’s experiential hub in NYC hosted an entrepreneurship-themed panel, moderated by EIC Bob Safian of Fast Co.
The technology and networking event sparked a dynamic conversation around success and productivity and addressed how technology has propelled the panelists’ businesses and brands to be more prosperous.
“Being in NY supercharges what you want to do,” said panelist Lauren Bush Lauren, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FEED. “Things happen faster. The drive and spirt people have here, is unlike anywhere else I have experiences.”
And according to NY Times Best Selling Author and Host and Executive Producer of “Top Chef” Padma Lakshmi, “When I did Top Chef, I didn’t see food being analyzed in a scholarly way. I thought it would be interesting to study the way this country fetishes food and the dining experience here. People want to eat well, they just don’t know how.”
Other panelists included Neil Parikh, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Casper, Dave Fano, Chief Product Officer of WeWork and Jake Rosenberg, Co-Founder of The Coveteur.
In addition to hearing from the notable speakers, attendees enjoyed a variety of experiences surrounding the new Galaxy Note7 and other cutting edge technology from Samsung.
