To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Chicago punk whisky bar Delilah’s has teamed with Compass Box Whisky to create a blended Scotch whisky – appropriately named Delilah’s.
Delilah’s is a limited release Scotch – only 6,324 bottles have been produced. The makers say that Delilah’s has been created to be the perfect shot that is served with a beer. The whisky is made from a blend of single grain whiskies with single malts aged in “experimental” new American oak hogsheads.
Compass Box is a specialist Scotch whisky maker that specializes in crafting small batch Scotch whiskies.
Delilah’s is located on N. Lincoln Ave. in Chicago. Delilah’s prides itself on its extensive whiskey offering (over 350 varieties), cheap beer and punk rock atmosphere.
