Today’s dream home was designed by Anastasia Architect, who created an enticing connection between the inside and the outside, widening the space and using ever inch to the maximum. Located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the contemporary two-storey residence occupies 370 square meters on a 450 square meters property. Large pivotal doors at the entrance welcome inhabitants and guests directly in the living space, making hallways obsolete. The rectangular floor plan allows each space to be carefully designed in order to offer the best space arrangement.
Displaying matte glass walls on the front facade, the residence protects the family’s privacy while maintaining a close relation to natural light. Large glass windows and doors, together with a concrete pergola covered with glass offers the possibility of using only natural light during daytime. Natural ventilation occurs with the help of the large pivotal doors that can be closed or open more, depending on the owner’s desire. With fantastic interiors, as you can see below, the Belo Horizonte residence surpasses many contemporary home in design and space arrangement.
