The UK is known for its historic, yet stately, country homes, but a newly-built mansion on the market for $27 million in the chic Wentworth Estate area of Surrey is making waves this week in the Wall Street Journal.
The 9,600-square-foot, five-bedroom home features four reception rooms, an indoor pool and wine cellar, as well as gorgeously landscaped grounds, all in a newly-designed package.
While the home is certainly pricey, it includes the advantage of being newly constructed, saving buyers the worry of dealing with issues that come with a historic home.
What do you think? Is the home worth the price tag?
