Filmmaker Spike Lee loves for the New York Knicks. As a birthday present, Revive Customs has taken a pair of Cole Haan Lunargrand saddle shoe and reworked them with an orange sole, royal blue uppers meant to mimic the mesh on a sports jersey and brown leather accents.
They then added custom “SL” branding on the heel, along with orange insoles that pay tribute to the Knicks, Lee’s year of birth and the iconic Mars Blackmon.
Could we see Lee’s ‘Knicks’ available to the public? No word from Lee or Revive Customs, which is a custom footwear brand founded in 2006. Revive Customs crafts unique sneaker fashion spirited by an appreciation of hip hop culture.
