You have the love the intricate design of this new watch from Chronoswiss.
Call me old fashioned but I love watches like that are classic from a mechanical and decorative standpoint. High marks to Chronoswiss for partnering (I think once again) with master metal engraver Benzinger to create this new Zeitzeichen V watch. Part of a limited edition of three new timepiece models (33 pieces each) that start with manually-wound ETA 6498-1 movements as a base for the incredible level of work that goes into the watch. The movements are stripped to the bone, almost literally. Benzinger use self-made or antique metal engraving machines to produe much of the art work that goes on the movements. What isn’t done by a hand-operated machine is simply done by hand. – From James List
