Nice creation – too bad it’s not available to the public.
Karl Lagerfeld, being the head designer and the creative director for Chanel, is always ready with the wackiest ideas for the design house. Here’s one executed, if not conceived by him. The Chanel boutique on Rue Royale in Paris has organized a photo-shoot last Friday that saw Karl Lagerfeld shooting the press kit for Chanel’s pre-spring collection “Starting Point” with gorgeous models Lara Stone and Baptiste Giacobini prancing around a striking tandem. Apparently, the motor cycle was customized for Chanel in Toulouse, France and was akin to the one used by legendary actor Marlon Brando in the movie, “The wild ones”. Nevertheless, it’s sad that this work of beauty will not be commercialized.
