For Amsterdam’s most refined experience, The White Room — the hotel’s historic, Michelin-starred restaurant — offers a multiple course Christmas Eve dinner at $265 per person, with optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings. On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, The Wintergarden transforms into a festive wonderland, where a Michelin-star Christmas menu, curated by chef Tristan de Boer, is served. The five-course experience is priced at $223 per person, with optional wine pairings available.
New Year’s Eve at Grand Café, The White Room, The Wintergarden, The Ballroom
On the final day of the year, the hotel goes all out to ring in 2025 in spectacular fashion. Enjoy an unforgettable New Year’s Eve dinner at Grand Café Krasnapolsky for $131 per person, or opt for the grand celebration at The Wintergarden’s Gala Dinner & Party ($190 per person). This all-inclusive event features a four-course meal followed by dancing and drinks in the ballroom for the NYE ball, and champagne toast at midnight. For a more refined experience, The White Room offers an exclusive Michelin-starred New Year’s Eve dinner for $310 per person. For a more intimate atmosphere, The Tailor Bar hosts a cocktail party from 5 pm to 2 am, featuring signature cocktails and a live DJ.
