A look at the Cartier Treasures: King of Jewelers, Jewelers to Kings exhibit set for this fall in China.
Cartier flexes its muscles in the new wonderland for luxury, China, with an exhibition called Cartier Treasures: King of Jewelers, Jewelers to Kings. Featuring an unmatched collection of antiques assembled by the brand, some of which are pictured here, the exhibition begins 5 September and continues to 22 November 2009, at the Exhibition Hall of the Meridian Gate, Palace Museum, Beijing. More than 350 items, including archives dating from the founding of Cartier to its creations from the 1970s, will be unveiled. The collection, which boasts more than 1,360 pieces in total, gathers together royal treasures created by Cartier both in the East and in the West. – From Luxury Insider
