On the heels of Mercedes’ recently-unveiled Shooting Break concept aimed squarely at the BMW 5-Series GT, the Bavarian motor maker has come out with its own new concept designed to capture some of the competition’s coveted market share. Just unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show, the four-door BMW Gran Coupé concept features a long wheelbase, vaulted bonnet with forward-pointing lines, set-back greenhouse, flat silhouette, coupe-style roof line and the short front overhang all reflecting “the dynamic potential” of the vehicle.
