BMW and Pininfarina have team up to produce the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé. This marks the first time the two brands have come together to create this interpretation of a BMW Coupé by luxury Italian designers Pininfarina.
Pininfarina was founded by Battista “Pinin” Farina in 1930’s Italy.
This exclusive vehicle sports a long wheelbase and a stretched bonnet. The V12 engine brings ample power to the driver. You’ll also find the hallmark double-kidney grille, flat road-focused headlights and special-edition 21-inch wheels.
The interior features fine Italian leather upholstery, plaid Italian wool headliner, and accents made of kauri wood.
Reports say that there are no plans to produce the Gran Lusso Coupé. However, there is an expectation that some elements from the Pininfarina/BMW project will find their way into future designs.
