‘Black Swan’ leads Critic Choice Awards with record 12 nominations

Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan received a record 12 nominations to lead the the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards.

But the Black Swan wasn’t the only big winner – True Grit and The King’s Speech each received 11 nominations, while Inception received 10 nominations and The Social Network got nine.

The nominations give strong hints toward where voters are headed come Oscar time.

The Black Swan received nominations for best picture, actress (Natalie Portman), supporting actress (Mila Kunis) and director (Aronofsky).

The Critics’ Choice Movie Awards take place on Friday, January 14.
