BEAM Global Asia emerged as winners in five categories for the Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge 2009. Maison Louis, which is credited for their red and whites wines from traditional burgundy vineyards, scooped two best wines and gold awards. The Louis Latour Mersault A.C.2006 won in the oak chardonnay category. Matured in small oak barrels, it displays clear and greenish gold fragrant with acacia flower, honey and mineral freshness, coupled with green almond flavor which developing into fat wine magnificently. Louis Latour Vosne-Romanee AC 2007 impressed in the Pinot Noir category with a tinge of spiciness enhancing the lovely, ethereal and Vosne scent that evaporates, and compliments with abundant tasteful flavor texture. – From Luxury Insider
