Fendi is taking over Rome as the Italian hi-fashion house has thrown open the doors of Palazzo Fendi. The brand’s newest, largest flagship boutique in Rome is also home to Fendi’s stunning private residence as well as Palazzo Privé, an apartment designed by Dimore Studio.WWD reports that Bernard Arnault along with his son Alexandre, Karl Lagerfeld, film director Sofia Coppola, Kendall and Kris Jenner, Lindsey Wixson, Ming Xi and other A-listers were present on the rooftop of Palazzo Fendi to celebrate the opening.Japanese award-winning restaurant Zuma also opened its doors just in time for the event. It boasts of Kendall Jenner and her mom Kris as one of the first guests to enjoy the intimate pre-dinner at event. Appreciating the new project developed by the Roman fashion house, Karl Lagerfeld stated, “This is just great and it really reflects the image of the Fendi brand. I’m leaving tomorrow, but I wanted to stay at least one night in one of the suites.”Also several generations of the Fendi family were in attendance at the new palazzo, including Silvia Venturini Fendi’s daughters Leonetta Luciano Fendi and Delfina Delettrez Fendi.A few glimpses from inside the Palazzo Fendi palace reveals a display of DotCom Bag, manufactured by Fendi SpA, as well as a stunning showcase of the iconic Baguette Bags.
While a grand staircase leads guests to higher levels of luxury, a bathtub stands in full glory in a bathroom of a suite of Fendi Private Suites.Designed to up the ante for the wealthiest customers, the newly refurbished Palazzo Fendi houses a store, a restaurant along with seven exclusive hotel suites.A must visit for ardent Fendi fans and clients!
