While Adele has been flaunting her style sense in Burberry creations on red carpets and other glamorous occasions, the British singer has further strengthened her bond with the English label. Adele’s wardrobe for her “25” tour will be completely designed by Burberry.
WWD reports that Burberry has created bespoke looks for her to wear onstage, the first of which was a floor-sweeping, black silk gown, custom designed by Christopher Bailey with floral hand-embroidered sequins. She wore the stunning outfit to kick off her tour in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Burberry’s chief creative and chief executive officer expressed his admiration for the 27 year old singer’s approach to life, her sense of fun, her innate style and her massively powerful and moving voice and performance. While Burberry had released a sketch of Adele’s Belfast look on Instagram, the British label has declined to reveal future outfits that Adele will wear during the tour.
The Hello singer has released her latest album in November with the “25” tour being her first in four years. She will travel to Europe as well as North America and take a bow on November 15, in Mexico City.
