Forbes is out with 2013 list of 100 most powerful celebrities and it doesn’t come as surprise that America’s most popular TV talk show queen Oprah Winfrey leads the pack. Oprah Winfrey regained the No. 1 slot and emerged as the world’s most powerful celeb after sitting on second place for two years.

Best known for her multi-award-winning talk show “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, the richest African-American of the 20th century has topped the list for the fifth time. The other five women that made it to the female-dominated list of top 10 include Lady Gaga on 2nd position, Beyonce on 4th, Madonna on 5th, Taylor Swift on 6th and Ellen DeGeneres on 10th position.

Though the number of women in top ten dropped from seven to six on this year’s list, overall they have occupied 35 of 100 slots. Disappointingly, this time Jennifer Lopez aka JLo has been pushed down to 12th place.

The four men who made it to the top 10 are Steven Spielberg on 3rd position, Bon Jovi on 7th, Roger Federer on 8th and Bieber on 9th slot. This crowns director Steven Spielberg as the most powerful man on 2013 Forbes 100 most powerful celebrities list.

The list is charted on the basis of the earnings of these personalities over the last 12 months, the number of mentions each of them gets in print and television as well as their internet presence.
