Dodge is looking to out muscle the other muscle cars with the unveiling of the 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat. The Hellcat is a high performance variant of the 2015 Challenger that was debuted last month at the New York Auto Show. The excitement is that the vehicle features a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V-8 that will crank out more than 600 ponies, making it the most powerful V-8 ever produced by a Chrysler auto. The current 2014 Challenger SRT has a 6.4-liter V-8 that produces 470 hp. The new Hellcat will go toe-to-toe with rivals such as the Ford Mustang GT500 and the Camaro ZL1.
The folks at Dodge are excited about the Hellcat.

The Challenger Hellcat has been released!”
The Hellcat takes many cues from the iconic 1971 Challenger, including the split grille. There are also 20-inch aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes and much more.
Inside, you’ll find all the latest tech toys, including a 7-inch display in the main instrument cluster and 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen in the center console. You also get such amenities as redsigned seating, Nappa leather and Alcantara, and a SRT-branded heated steering wheel.
Look for the Hellcat later this year. No pricing has been released.
